We all felt a lot happier today & more comfortable with the race pace. At 30 miles I couldn’t believe my luck when I got 3rd in the prime. However later I discovered it meant nothing, no points, no money, no point. Probably why it was so easy.
Shortly after Dunc got a puncture & a dodgy replacement wheel with only 3 working cogs.
Wayne worked at the front of the field all day & got away to get 9th at the finish.
Rob had a do off the front to get away but the team of four ahead were working too well.
