SATURDAY-Meet at the Unicorn, Deanwater, Handforth at 9.30
Be prepared to ride as fast as the slowest rider.
Starting on 6th November...the route will be decided on the day based on who turns up, how many are riding.
We will try to ride as a group unless we go up any small climbs so will wait at the top for anyone dropped.
These rides will be none stop so bring a bottle and any food you may need (gels, bars etc).

SUNDAY-Meet at the Rising Sun, 9.30 then onto Unicorn at 10.00
Fast rides, be prepared to ride as fast as possible.
7th Nov-90 miles, Flat, Prees
14th Nov-70 miles, Hilly, Edale via Winnats Pass
21st Nov-60 miles, Flat, Delamere
28th Nov- 60 miles, Flat, Little Man
5th Dec-50 miles, Hillyish, DOWNHILL CHAMPIONSHIPS
12th Dec-50 miles, Flat, Chelford, followed by Christmas 10 TT (needs entering in advance)
19th Dec-Easy ride, Flat, Post Presentation Hangover Ride
26th Dec-Impromptu

1st January, New Years Day TT, Chelford, 11.00 am

Some thoughts...

Daz says...Following a chat with Ric & Tony following some off road stuff on this weeks club run, we discussed the possibility of doing some very light off road rides this winter, the idea is to make things a little more interesting and sociable, pub stop etc. Nothing too challenging, canal tow paths, middlewood way, cheshire cycle lanes, and so on.

Normal road bikes, maybe just have a set of 25 hybrid tyres in the shed for these rides, about £25 quid on ebay, if you want, not essential!!??

Tony pointed out it would be good if we could start these rides a little earlier maybe 9am all meeting at one place.

Ric said we should try and plan one of these rides per month, one route planned by one rider, and that rider will lead the ride on that day.

I've started to plan mine which will be starting in Poynton, middlewood way to Mac, jump onto Mac Canal tow path upto the back of Congleton (Longer than it sounds), then cheshire cycle route to Alderley, then more cross country to the finish at the Unicorn. Doing recon ride soon if anyone fancies it??
